About Fed Cup:

Fed Cub was launched in 1963 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the International Tennis Federation (ITF). It’s now the world’s largest annual international team competition in women’s sport, with 80 nations competing in 2010.

The list of players who have competed in the Fed Cup is impressive to say the least. Many of the game’s all-time greats, along with the current crop of talents, have featured in the competition throughout its history.

Yesterday night a delegation of the Diners Club staff team participated at the yearly SCRJ Lakers Sponsors Ice Hockey match. The game took place @ the Diners Club Arena in Rapperswil-Jona.

"It was great to meet the Pro hockey players in person", says Noemi Schurtenberger, Product Manager at Diners Club, "... and quite a challenge to put on all the Ice Hockey equipment".

About 300 guests participated in the Swiss Red Cross Gala on January 22 at the Jet Aviation hangar of EuroAirport in Basel and the result of the charity auction was impressive!
